If Norway had Denmark's Excess Death Rate
Comparing similar nations who've recently chose to diverge regarding COVID jabs
Both Denmark and Norway have between 5 million and 6 million people in them. Denmark has dramatically reduced the administration of COVID jabs, but Norway has not:
Norway has administered COVID jabs to almost 15 of every 100 people in the last 6 months, while Denmark hasn’t even administered COVID jabs to 2 people in 100 — almost 99% of Denmark has not touched a COVID jab for at least 6 months now.
A good question to ask is:
Is it working out for them?
Both Norway and Denmark had the same accumulated excess death on 23 Jan 2022 — just as both Norway and Denmark were dramatically lowering COVID jab administration, but with a key difference: Denmark kept administration low.
Compared to Norway, Denmark is recently better off. Here is the start of the divergence in COVID jab rates:
And here is the end of the data series:
So, starting from THE SAME place on 23 Jan 2022, Norway added excess death at over twice the rate of Denmark.
The hypothetical excess using the counterfactual thought experiment of Norway having Denmark’s lower excess death rate would translate into almost 2,200 lives spared in Norway — if it had Denmark’s rate of increase instead of its own.
When annualized, that “excess of excess” found in Norway translates into 2,532 excess lives lost beyond what it’d have if it had Denmark’s lower excess death rate. Back in 1997, the diet drug combination “fenfluramine-phentermine” was taken off of the market due to 100 cases of heart-valve disorders and pulmonary hypertension.
One hundred total serious adverse events got it taken off of the market. Try 2,000 deaths. Over 2,000 Norwegians may have paid an even more serious price over the 315 days of observation in the graph.
