Serious adverse events are the kind that lead to hospitalization, and sometimes permanent injury or death. In a new eBook called Crash Landing, data from Lt. Colonel Theresa Long is presented on serious adverse events in pilots.
Here are notes showing what was reported:
Using the baseline of 2016-to-2019, the mean number of serious adverse events each year is 226 of them, with a standard deviation of about 45 events. But for 2022, there were over 4,000 serious adverse events (hospitalizations or deaths) in pilots, and that was 85 standard deviations above the mean.
Lt. Colonel Theresa Long is a heroine! Followed her for some time. She tells the truth w/ facts.
As grandmom to a Midshipman soon to report for flight training I’m more than interested in our military as well as all pilots. Commercial pilots are given the GO bc the threshold for clearance to fly was upped from 200 to 300 (some test measurements).
I watched her making her statement -on Rumble or Bitchute. The damage has been done and they don't care now what comes out.
