In a humorous attempt to capture the truth, the notorious SubStacker, el gato malo, recently uncovered the 5 heads of the monster that is currently engulfing the planet. This is an offshoot story of Johnny Q. — who woke up in 2020 on another planet.
Johnny Q. found himself on a strange planet and decided to do some research to find out who the top dogs are so that he could get down to business with them. Using something called “the internet” he discovered that the richest 0.000001% of earthlings own 1.1% of the world.
Further research revealed that there were 7.9 billion people on planet Earth, so Johnny Q. set out to find these 79 people who have outsized influence on world happenings — the 79 people who together controlled 1.1% of the world’s resources.
But Johnny Q. was hitting roadblocks, just as if these 79 people didn’t want the world discovering their identities.
Because there were a lot of people being rushed into hospitals in 2020, Johnny Q. checked to see if there was incentive to get them treated.
He found that large payments went out for each person admitted to the hospital, as long as their condition was officially categorized as having a certain disease. Johnny Q. wondered about how someone would be able to pay 6-figure payments like that.
Because there was a lot of talk about vaccines in 2020, Johnny Q. checked to see who owned them.
The top 3 owners were investment firms. Because the owners of media outlets such as AT&T— the parent company of CNN — are the ones with the responsibility for consumer reporting with regard to whether people are getting a bad deal from a new medicine, Johnny Q. checked to see who owns them also.
Again, the top 3 owners were investment firms (the same 3 firms which owned the vaccines). Johnny Q. then checked to see who owned Big Tech.
Again, the top 3 owners were investment firms (the same 3 firms). But Johnny Q. needed to talk to the big-wigs directly, so he tried checking to see who owns the investment firms themselves — hoping to identify 79 individuals.
But Blackrock was owned by Vanguard, and Vanguard was private. So Johnny Q. gave up his search. It appeared that 79 people were choosing the fate of the world, though that is not how free enterprise is supposed to work.
It appeared that not enough earthlings knew enough about the merits of the free enterprise system, because the system that they were passively accepting, or at least tolerating, as a “new normal” — was nothing like it.
It was instead a giant step backwards, and perhaps the largest step backwards that humanity had ever faced before — where much light was allowed to go out of the world.
