Addendum to "Easily-Debunkable Doctor Claims"
Looking just at confirmed COVID death instead of at all excess death
Norman Fenton et. al. wrote a scathing expose` about the misuse of numbers by government officials and doctors who presumably cash government paychecks, even following it up with a second piece shortly thereafter.
In a previous Substack, I added an additional argument against the claim of 14.4 million lives saved by COVID jabs, using a counterfactual thought experiment:
What if that were true? If the jabs saved 14.4 million, what would mortality look like without them?
But that first thought experiment used all excess deaths, not just those assigned to COVID. Restricting the trend in deaths before and after jabs to just COVID is reasonable though, because the only expected survival benefit from the jabs is against COVID.
Here is a crude “before and after jab rollouts” graph of COVID deaths:
And here is what must have been true of the world, had the jabs not rolled out, if it is true that the jabs saved 14.4 million lives before 2022:
But the implication is that the COVID death rate worldwide was supposed to increase by 7.8-fold — and that Dr. Grimes, who said jabs saved 14.4 million, had to also have known that the COVID death rate would be 7.8 times higher than it had been before jab rollouts — so that the jabs could be seen as having saved 14.4 million lives.
