Cheryl, it means that the new drug (Clesrovimab) that just made it through the ACIP committee with approval, is a drug that is likely more dangerous than the existing ones. The probability that it is more dangerous, given the data observed, is almost 90%.

But a precautionary principle would be one where you would NOT approve something which has been shown to be 90% more likely to kill you.
