I wrote a new piece [ deepd1ve.substack.com/p… ] that may clear up the confusion.
In it, I display the expected background rate for myocarditis, the reporting rate for those dosed with Moderna, and the excess rate (reporting-expected) for those dosed with Moderna.
The excess is what is attributable to Moderna shots.
